• Shipping is free on every order, shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
• Orders placed before 2pm ET ship within 24 hours on business days.
• Typical delivery: 2–4 business days (U.S.). You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
• We currently ship within the United States.

The 90-day money-back guarantee

• Try the full system for up to 90 days from your first delivery.
• Not satisfied? Email hello@tryretaine.com from the address you ordered with — no return shipment needed, empty bottles included.
• We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
• One guarantee claim per customer; applies to your first order of a product.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it free of charge — no questions, no returns.

Refills ship automatically each month so your routine never breaks. You can skip, pause, or cancel after your first 90 days — see Terms of Service.
